TAKE OFF, MALAYALAM MOVIE REVIEW

The movie is about a rescue operation done good 19 nurses who were kept hostage by isis amidst iraq civil war 2014.
The plot revolves around a divorced  lady nurse named sameera(parvathy) who come to iraq along with her newly wed husband shafeez(kunchakko boban) for getting better salary and to start a new life.
As the civil war broke up in iraq between isis and army, isis men invade a hospital in tirkit to shield themsleves from the iraq force , that the hospital zone declares fire- free by the government. Meanwhile, sameeras child named ibrahim(from her first marriage) joins her after departing from her first husband. To calm down the childs mind, shaheef excuse himself for few days by taking  duty in mosul. Days after the shaheefs arrival at mosul, isis attack mosul and establish thyr power there, keeping him hostage along with other medics in his team.

The only chance of indian government is to take the help of rebels itself to get indians to mosul and then to the homeland provided indian nurses will shield those rebels who are at tirkit till they joins thyr newly established colony at mosul..
Remaining movies is full of diplomatic turns ,rescue operations, clever-plays and horrible incidents that happens till the nurses reach mosul and then to kurdistan-border for thyr take off aftr getting help from indian embassy executive named manoj(fahad)...

Positives.

• All the actors played the role well especially fahad, and parvathy to make the movie more realistic to feel.

• BGM by gopi sunder marks the the real terror feel without outfitting as horror..

• Second half is really good to feel yourself how peaceful we are living in our homeland.

Negatives..

• First half drags little bit with so many familial mismatches and puzzled sequences, that very lightly contribute to the core of the film though thy are conveying nothing except the emotional-jigso of the leading character..

• Songs were not much good , upto the expectations.

• A dialogue about whatsapp found misfit bcoz the film happens to b in 2014 incident when the whatsapp was not much familiar within indian nurses.😜😜

In total, the movie offers a gud sense of reality and little patriotism..
