SOLO,MALAYALAM MOVIE REVIEW
The film is derived from four different emotions of lord shiva as four different stories without having any relations, each starting with four different mural paintings.
Story 1 tells about a college guy with trendy twist-in-bun hairstyle who falls in love with a blind girl named radhika. As she got pregnant before their families approval to get married, the guy was forced by his family to leave her as their daughter wil also turn blind inheriting radhika. He still refuse to leave her and decide to marry. Radhika met with complications in pregnnacy and passes away leaving shekhar and their daughter making him SOLO.
Story 2
Dq plays a character of a doctor who took revenge upon a family who knowingly deny his wife's accidental medical emergency. He poisons the enemies and watch them dying horribly.
Story 3 narrates about a Young man and his brother who were ignored from thyr mother and eventually become gangsters. A man frm Mumbai shot thyr father who was an alcohoic. Dq traces the man and got killed by him,but his younger brother shot back the man who killed thyr father. At the end it reveals that thyr mother actually took the revenge upin thyr father for his intolerable torture during thyr married life...
Story 4,the last one tells about a romantic episode of an army trainee, who was ignored by his girlfriend reasonlessly by departing to australia for her higher studies. He chases her and realises that its his father only the one who splited both of them as the girl is his own daughter..
Positives.
Dq become smarter and smarter when playing each character without any emotional cliche...
BGM is very thrilling and songs are also very youthful, both in music and picturization..
Neagatives.
The pattern of Four different stories without any relation turned to be a bad idea.
Every story is ultimately sad without anything to laugh except few spot- comedies from saubin in 1st story.
The climax of the last, most awaited climax turned very very outdated that our tv serials wont even take such twists now a days..
Rating. 2.5/5
