Sleevachan(asif ali), a typical rural youngster marries a girl realising the need of a woman in his family. He is so introvert and phobiac with his wife as he is grown up without any romantic inclinations even in his adolescence. His emotional perversions interrupts him from his wife and makes him fail whenever he tries to accompany her. Actors are perfectly casted and assure the best performances especially few supporting characters like sleevachans mother, family members, jafar idukki etc.... Horror films are always challenging to watch as it may have the potential to keep us haunted. It may mentaly torture us in our nightmares and checkmates our psyche with illusions.  Aakashaganga 2,tried such an attempt but pathetically begged to differ from the typical malayalam horror scenarios. Porinju mariyam jose  is a romantic action drama with few glitters of stardom and widely appreciated thrissur accent. PLOT. The film starts in 1965 and progresses to 1985 as the characters in the lead roles mature.  Porinju and mariyam are romantically entangled since their childhood, but fails to have a marital relationship as her father died on a futile attempt to threaten mariyam on eloping away with porinju. As the incident still keeps mariyam sad and lonely. The films catches its crux when jose shrugs with a guy called prince from a merchant-class family where porinju is much loyal to. In retaliation,  the younger generation Of the family warns porinju and jose despite the bonds with porinju. The film technically starts from its ending and progresses through an investigation of two intefering mysterious suicides. As its a thriller, i am not attempting to spoil your sense of entertainment by detailing the storyline. So,  am just analysing its positives and neagatives. POSOTIVES. Scripting deserves special mentioning though you may feel little resemblance of luca with DQs charlie. Concluding the story very precisely with a single dailogue of a character that is seemingly less relevant in the story line, is surprisingly enlightening. Background scores are very entagling with the emotional context of the characters and the echoic hummings with doppler effects can be considered as a scientifically artistic attempt. "Ishq" is a socially committed visualisation of realistic new -generation story that gives its hard slaps on the cruxes of moral policing. The first half of the film is all about extremely annoying degrees of vigilantism and convoying on two lovers who were romantically entertaining themselves in a car. It drags the audience empathetically as the incidents were realistically scripted and played.  Second half drives the film to its revenging portions, against the culprits of the first half. As the film is a rosary of events rather than a story,  its more watchable than readable. . Positives. Realism is the positivity that wieghs the film throughout its narrative. All the characters are admirably adapted themselves to givesout their best.. Songs,  bjm, and concept of the film is commentable. Neagatives. As its realistic,  you may feel lagging, especially in the first half and the last scenes after the filmy revenge sequence. You may find lots of unused possibilities

After a short break from malayalam film industry,  Dulquir salman comes out with a youthful performance in this film that presents the story of lallu and his friends. Lallu born in a rich family but enjoys his life in the way he wish with no strings attached.  As a romantic dude,  he is been followed by so many girls from his childhood but no one could ingnite a 'spark' in his heart romantically. First half of the film hooks up with so many laughters and concludes when lallu finds his love from a newspaper clipping of a missing girl. In the second half,  he chases the girl and comes to attracts whereabouts of her that yet again ignites the so called "spark" in lallus words. But, the story dig to its emotional mines and lallus reactions towards such unpreductable incidents are rest of the story that paves the way to its climax.. Positives. "Take jump is zero clever"-Wow... Raaja once again entertains the audience with witty stuffs and massive exhibition of stardom,  that appeals to every class of audience including kids. PLOT. The film starts with a carricature narration of an Alcohol poisoning that happened five years before the actual timeline in which a gangster named Nadeshan was accused. As the police tried to arrest him,  the sub inspector concerned was brutally killed by throwing to the dogs ,leaving his family into misery. Film roles ahead five years later when Raajas father was instructed to file a report for a trust that holds the authority of running a school aside a Bar  which was indirectly run by nadeshan himself. There arise a clash with nadeshan and raajas father that invites raaja into the plot. The film is a complete action thriller in all means without any lag. Powerful dailogues and fight sequences contribute to 95% of the film. Cinematography and background score is admirable as both of these factors doubles the effects on screen. NEAGATIVES. Though the narrative style is appreciated, the film confuses the audience in few places because all the characters are morally neagative. The script could have add few more human side of the protogonist. Am giving 8/10 for this complete action thrille
